Student Concierge Services
The Student Concierge offers a centralized, one‐stop‐shop for student services. The Student Concierge Department is available to answer all of your questions related to:
- financial aid
- academic advising
- planning course schedules
- course registration
- academic requirements and graduation
- connecting with other university resources
Both in-person and remote assistance is available.
The Writing Center
The Online Writing Center provides tutoring assistance via the Internet or telephone to students taking online or on-site classes. The Online Writing Center is available seven days a week (with the exception of University holidays) and offers 40-minute synchronous online sessions using Zoom web conferencing software, email, telephone, or a combination of these tools.
The Career Services office provides students with the tools to create pathways to career success including resume and curriculum vitae review, cover letter assistance, and interviewing preparation. Career Services also hosts workshops, an annual Career Fair, and a student job board. Career Services are available in person and online, and for both students and alumni.
The John F. Kennedy University Libraries
The libraries are located at the Pleasant Hill and San Jose campuses. The collections of the university’s libraries number more than 100,000 volumes, 1,000 print and 49,000 electronic journals, 87,000 e-books, and 80 online databases. The libraries collect materials in print, audio, video, and electronic formats and media viewing/listening stations are available at each campus.
The Math Center
In the Math Center, our mission is to help students build confidence as they develop quantitative reasoning skills through interactive, collaborative, and individualized online or on-ground sessions. Our goal is to help students become more effective, confident, life-long learners through critical thinking, self-observation, and application of sound quantitative principles and strategies.
