Lindsay is a certified mental performance consultant, through the Association for Applied Sport Psychology. She graduated from San Diego State University in 2012 as a member of the honor society, Psi Chi, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. Lindsay completed her Master’s Degree in Sport Psychology from John F. Kennedy University in 2015. Lindsay currently works for the United States Army Intelligence Center of Excellence, providing performance enhancement training to Army Soldiers and DA civilians.

Lindsay has extensive experience conducting needs assessments of athletes, teams and performers from various backgrounds and experience levels, developing and implementing suitable training plans based in sport and performance psychology. Possessing skills in curriculum development, biofeedback training, metrics collection, and analysis of program effectiveness.

Experience level includes youth to nationally ranked athletes, Paralympic, and elite military personnel.
