I am an Adjunct Faculty in sport psychology for John F. Kennedy University and graduate instructor in psychology for the MFT Program, Brandman University. I earned an Ed.D in Counseling Psychology from Argosy University San Francisco Bay Area, and my MS in Sport Psychology from John F. Kennedy University. My research interests have focused on self-efficacy, body image, and performance success. In addition to teaching, I have a private practice working with young elite athletes and performers.
