Katie McKee, MA, received her B.A. in Psychology and a Minor in Physical Education from the University of Redlands. She also received her M.A. in Sport Psychology and a Certificate in Exercise and Sport Performance from John F. Kennedy University. Katie is on the list of Approved Mentors with AASP, and supervises interns working towards their degree in Sport Psychology.
Katie has over 10 years experience in the field, and has worked with populations such as youth and collegiate teams, parents, coaches, doctors, physical therapists, surgeons, athletic trainers, and individuals. She has a private practice, Mind Fit Performance, based in but not limited to the greater Los Angeles area, where she works with clients on developing and maintaining a peak performance mindset. Katie believes in the power of the mind and its connection to the body, and how the right mindset can unlock opportunity and potential.
In her spare time, you can find Katie playing soccer, running, hiking, or exploring. She loves to travel and appreciates new adventures.
