Dr. Pasquini is a part-time faculty member at JFKU, teaching the Psychology Of Coaching Course. With a background in Sport and Exercise Psychology and Sport Pedagogy, Dr. Pasquini offers a perspective from both the coaching standpoint and psychological one. Dr. Pasquini’s primary area of expertise is in coaching behaviors and the coach expectancy cycle. She also studies eSports and the impact of coaching and team development on players performance and play styles.
