A seasoned professional fundraiser, Ms. Berger brings a wealth of knowledge and practical experience to clients throughout the western United States. As a Senior Consultant with Fitz Non-Profit Consulting, she guides clients through major campaigns, board recruitment and development, foundation and corporate relations and international fundraising. Ms. Berger’s wealth of knowledge is essential to building a solid foundation for successful and strategic fundraising programs.

Prior to becoming an independent consultant, Ms. Berger held senior management positions with the New Children’s Museum in San
Diego, the Herbalife Family Foundation in Los Angeles and a national nonprofit, the Foundation for Prader-Willi Research. As Director of Development at the Foundation for Prader-Willi Research, Ms. Berger increased the organization’s major giving program from $1 million to $5 million in just 2 1⁄2 years. She is skilled at building authentic relationships with donors and matching the donor’s intent with the organization’s biggest funding needs.

Ms. Berger holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration, with an emphasis in Non-profit sector management, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of California, Irvine. Ms. Berger has been a feature instructor and presenter at conferences in California and Washington, DC and an adjunct professor and trainer for The Sanford Institute of Philanthropy at National University.

Born and raised in California, Hannah is a lover of sunshine, beaches, yoga, wine and dogs. She is a firm believer in the transformative power of philanthropy and attempts to “walk the talk” every day through community service.

Jennifer Lill Brown is a published author and ghostwriter who has written for some of the most prominent speakers, trainers, and leaders in their fields. From celebrity health coaches to NFL MVPs, Jennifer has written over 40 books and programs for her clients over the last 15 years. She is also the co-author of Knuckle Dragging Sales, as well as two academic textbooks with her father, distinguished professor and entrepreneur Dr. David Lill. Their book, Cause Selling: The Sanford Way is going into its 2nd edition, and their flagship text, Selling: The Profession, is now in its 8th edition and is being used nationwide by over 50 colleges and several prominent corporate training programs.

While attending the University of Alabama, Jennifer worked for the Southwestern Company, running her own door-to-door book business in the summers. She was ranked in the top ten out of several thousand salespeople her first year on the book field, and the next summer, she recruited and led her own team of 30 salespeople. After college, Jennifer co-founded the Tom Black Center for Selling with millionaire entrepreneur and fellow Southwestern alum Tom Black and marketed Tom and his book, The Boxcar Millionaire nationwide through keynote talks and corporate training.Jennifer also co-founded Knuckle Dragging Sales, a sales coaching and corporate training program for sales professionals, with her business partner John Crowley, former vice president of sales for Cardinal Healthcare, a Fortune 14 company. Today,she can be found living in Nashville with her husband Will and working amidst the sounds of three home schooled little boys—Porter, Wyatt,and Jesse. They live next door to her parents, Martha (Grandma) and David (Papa),who are proud, devoted grandparents.
