Project Management Concepts and Principles

Join us for a Lunch and Learn session with Drew Feraios, VP and Director of the Project Management Office at the First Republic Bank. Mr. Feraios will introduce Project Management concepts and principles and demonstrate how these can be applied in fundraising plans and activities of nonprofit organizations. Participants will learn project management skills they can use in developing and strengthening their organization’s fund development plans.
