Join the Sport Psychology department at John F. Kennedy University for a Professional Development Seminar with Mental Conditioning Coordinator for the Pittsburgh Pirates, Tyson Holt. This presentation is open to the entire community. Participants may attend in person or online.
Tyson Holt has been the Mental Conditioning Coordinator for the Pittsburgh Pirates organization for the past eight seasons. He is passionate about helping driven performers develop their mental toughness for sport and life by breaking through the self-imposed barriers of “normal thinking.” Prior to his time in professional baseball, Tyson was a Performance Enhancement Specialist for the Army Center for Enhanced Performance for two years. He graduated from John F. Kennedy University in 2009 with a Master’s in Sport Psychology. He currently resides in the Bradenton, FL area with his wife Tamara, and his two daughters: Kayden (8) and Athena (3).
