To be successful, nonprofits need to have high-performing boards. In this Lunch and Learn session, we will explore ways to revamp, revitalize, and reimagine board member responsibility, and ensure that each of your board members are fully embracing their roles as leaders in fundraising.

With extensive experience serving as an Interim Executive Director for various social justice based nonprofits, our presenter Philip Arca has developed an expertise in assessing and improving board engagement and addressing the critical role the board plays in maintaining an organization’s continuity. “As someone who has worked with transitions, Philip Arca will be able to provide us with explicit examples and strategies for how board members can activate their roles as ambassadors, askers, and advocates,” says Solomon Belette, Director of the Sanford Institute of Philanthropy at John F. Kennedy University.

Join us for this Lunch and Learn session and return to your organization with a clear sense of how you can jumpstart your board and equip board members to fully exercise their fiduciary roles.
