How can we strike a balance between maintaining our healthy eating habits but not feeling constantly deprived during this celebratory time of year? Join JFK University’s Health Education program chair and faculty Dr. Fall Ferguson for a discussion of useful approaches we all can take to eat with greater awareness during the holidays, allowing us to enjoy those tasty treats in moderation without raising feelings of guilt or self-judgment. RSVP for this event.
