Erica Courtney is a former military police officer, scout helicopter pilot and paratrooper in the U.S. Army. She has served in senior logistical, contracting and budget management staff positions. She has also worked as a corporate executive and founded a company focused on government business development.
As CEO of 2020vet (www.2020vet.com), Erica is now specializing in supply chain and logistics optimization. She is continuing to serve the nation as a Major in the U.S. Army Reserves, on the Leadership Advisory Council for Women Impacting Public Policy and acting as Board President for the Disabled Veterans Business Alliance. She has earned a series of notable awards from the Jacksonville Florida Business Journal, Silicon Valley Business Journal and 2016 National SROTC. Oprah Winfrey recognized Erica as a woman with the leadership background and ability to change the world. Erica earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from the University of Hawaii and an Executive MBA from Florida International University.
