The Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) Learning System is a certification preparation and professional development tool that offers the most up-to-date HR content aligned with the HRCI Body of Knowledge. The curriculum of this course, designed by subject matter experts, covers the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI) body of knowledge, and includes application exercises that develop specific competencies and decision-making skills. By attending the course, you get the added benefits of experienced facilitators, peer-to-peer interaction, and a structured classroom environment that enhances learning and helps you stay on track. Preparation for SHRM-CP / SHRM-SCP:
The SHRM Learning System includes five modules covering the comprehensive SHRM BoCK. Real-life situations that require decision making skills are incorporated into learning modules and study tools to help you better understand, apply, and engage in behavioral competencies and HR knowledge. Professionals who use the SHRM Learning System to prepare for the SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP exam consistently beat the average pass rate. The five modules focused on include: HR Competencies, People, Organization, Workplace, and Strategy.
