Gail Lynam Dutcher, EdD joined JFK University in 2002 as an adjunct faculty member and in 2004 became Program Chair of the Career Development Masters and Certificate program. In 2010, Gail became Program Chair of the BSBA program and in 2016, Program Chair of the MBA and Liberal Studies programs. She also held the role of Faculty Liaison in Academic Affairs and Faculty Chair of the Program Review Council. She has served on the Executive Board of the Faculty Senate since 2004 and has chaired all three Faculty Senate committees, currently chairing the Program Review Council. Gail was awarded the Harry L. Morrison Outstanding Faculty Award for 2009. Prior to joining JFK, Gail held various roles at Mony Financial Services including Business Manager for the Western Region. She has also worked as a Career Counselor at Oakland Private Industry Council, and at DBM. Gail graduated from JFK with a Masters in Career Development and received a BA degree in Sociology from Boston College. Gail earned a doctoral degree from Fielding Graduate University in early 2016. Her dissertation was on the faculty role in the retention of nontraditional undergraduate students.
