Registration Information and Policies

Notice: The Current Catalog is in effect as of Ocotber 1, 2006 at John F. Kennedy University are the JFK University General Catalog and the JFK University 2006-2007 Law Catalog. The rules and regulations stated therein are authoritative with regard to the subjects they cover. These catalogs will remain in effect until superseded by publication of a new General Catalog and/or Law Catalog.

University's Right to Modify or Change the Course Schedule

The University Reserves the right to make additions, deletions and modifications to curricula, course descriptions, degree requirements, academic policies, schedules and academic calendars, tuition and fees without notice. Although every effort is made to ensure accuracy of the information published in the John F. Kennedy University Class Schedule, it is normal to expect changes in course listings and other information. Notices of such changes are widely distributed on campus. The University reserves the right to effect changes without notice or obligation, including the right to discontinue and or cancel a course or group of courses, or a degree program. The University expects each student to have knowledge of the information in the Class Schedule.
