Self-Assessment

Who am I?
What should I do with my life?
What is my passion?
Where will I fit in?
What do I really enjoy? What am I good at?

Knowing thyself -- what matters most to you, what you have to offer, and what you truly enjoy -- is the first step in the career development process. The Career Center offers numerous assessment tools and a five-week self-assessment workshop (see calendar for schedule) that can help you gain insight into your values, personality, skills, and interests.

With the assistance of trained career counselors, assessment tools like Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), the Strong Interest Inventory, SkillsScan, and others can help you clarify and define who you are. The awareness you gain through the self-assessment process becomes the groundwork on which the rest of your career development rests.

Call today to make an appointment to see a JFK University Career Counselor.

There is a small fee for some of the assessments.
