The Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act requires the distribution of an annual security report to all current faculty, staff, and students and notice of its availability to prospective students, faculty, and staff. The annual security report includes statistics for the previous three years concerning reported crimes that occurred on campus, in certain off-campus buildings or property owned or controlled by John F. Kennedy University, and on public property within, or immediately adjacent to and accessible from, the campus or center. The report also includes institutional policies concerning campus security such as policies concerning alcohol and drug use, crime prevention, and the reporting of crimes, sexual assault, and other matters. Crime statistics are reported to the U.S. Department of Education at http://www.ope.ed.gov/security and on the university?s website at http://www.jfku.edu/crimestats. For further information, contact the Office of Human Resources at 925.969.3450 or the director of institutional research at 925.969.3403.
