The Master of Arts in Career Development program is unique, the only career development graduate program based in a management school. The programs interdisciplinary approach provides students with skills and knowledge in career issues, the world of work, and psychology.
The program teaches competencies such as counseling skills, assessment interpretation, accessing employment information and career planning resources, adaptation of the career counseling process to accommodate diverse individuals and the ethical practices important to the work of career development professionals.

Admission Requirements
- Official evidence of a bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution for admission to the Master of Arts program.
- Official evidence of a master's degree for admission to the post master's certificate program.
