Course Description

This unique course explores the emergence of online communities and cyber workplaces, as well as current applications of traditional law to the Internet and eCommerce. Participants will focus on the legal and cultural challenges of globalization.

Instructor Biography

Elise Nawrocki, MPM, MEd is the instructor for the eCommerce Certificate Online Program. Ms. Nawrocki has taught a variety of eCommerce, MIS, and Business/Management courses online at JFK University's School of Management and has worked the last eight years as a researcher at a Top 20 United States' university. Her areas of specialty are eCommerce, Management Information Systems and Security.

PLEASE NOTE: You may enroll in our eCommerce courses individually or as part of our eCommerce Certificate Program. Students wishing to register for individual, stand-alone courses simply pay the general course fee. Students are allowed to matriculate into the certificate program at any time by submitting the enrollment form and enrollment fees. Completed courses will then be credited toward the curricular requirements. Students who matriculate into the program after they have taken one or more eCommerce classes will be eligible for the certificate program rate for any future class. However, the certificate program rate will not be applied retroactively.

Online courses are NOT eligible for refunds or discounts. Participants will have 60 days from the date of registration to complete this course. Extensions are not permitted.
