Welcome to the John F. Kennedy University Undergraduate Success Center
In October 2015, the University received a $2.6 million U.S. Department of Education Title V Hispanic Serving Institution Grant. This five-year grant allows John F. Kennedy University to expand its efforts in creating an academic environment for the University's Hispanic/Latina-o and underserved students by offering dedicated services and resources.
Visit us at the newly established Undergraduate Success Center - located at the Pleasant Hill campus, temporarily in Room 228, and at the San Jose campus in Room 201 - to learn more about our services, which include:
- Spanish and English-speaking academic advisors, tutors and mentors
- Cultural programs and academic events featuring topics relevant to the Hispanic/Latina-o community
- Information on financial aid, scholarships, internships and research opportunities
- Professional development training
The Undergraduate Success Center at the Pleasant Hill campus features a student lounge where you can feel at home and engage in inter-cultural dialogue and learning. The Center also has a computer lab and lending library with valuable educational resources for your use.
