Develop a working knowledge of the issues faced in treating clients with Anorexia Nervosa and Bulimia Nervosa.
Nutritional analysis, co-morbidity, differential diagnosis, and criteria for referral to intensive outpatient, inpatient, or residential treatment will be covered. Gain an understanding of medical complications and interventions and the medications and types of therapy that are the most effective with this population. A registered dietician will present as a guest speaker.
