Success Built to Last

Cohort / Program Details:  Please check back for information on upcoming sessions.

How can you achieve greater success in the most challenging environment of our lifetimes?

In this truly engaging program, you will discover fresh leadership techniques that help ignite growth in an era when neither organizations, nor careers appear to last. Based on the international bestseller, Success Built to Last, this cohort (group) based program will explore motivation, incentives, work environments, and mindsets that inspire results. We will take a deeper look at the role that stress plays in the achievement of success; and we will expand on ways to counter the stress factor by achieving greater "balance."

The program is led by Mark and Bonita Thompson who interviewed Presidents, Nobel laureates, scientists, school teachers, and community workers, as well as managers, entrepreneurs, and billionaires - the famous and the unknown - who have had impact in their respective fields for more than 20 years. The studies found surprising distinctions that lead to enduring force in business and in life.

Student testimonials from previous SBTL Cohorts

"This course helped me to put my goals in perspective and decide which ones I want to pursue. I am excited about my future...I have a road map with a few different roads to take, thanks to Mark and Bonita."

"Mark and Bonita were excellent in helping to bring out the thought-process to establish success and emphasizing that lasting success includes helping others instead of a singular self-oriented accomplishment."
