Cognitive Behavior Therapy - CBT - Workshop Series

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is an empirically-based, present-focused, goal-oriented approach to treatment that has been shown in outcome studies to be as effective as drug treatment for depression and anxiety disorders. CBT is also a highly effective treatment for anger, impulse control disorders, marital distress, changing behaviors, chronic pain, and many other mental health and medical conditions for a wide variety of clients. CBT is highly attractive to clients and to therapists concerned with using psychological treatments that work.

In this series, you will learn the fundamental skills you need to begin incorporating CBT into your practice as well as a variety of specific applications for this popular and effective treatment approach.
