Buddhist Psychology Workshop Series

Buddhist Psychology is an integration of holistic and transpersonal psychology offering a comprehensive understanding of the mind and its potential, including how the mind creates suffering and how it can be transformed into the highest state of self-actualization enlightenment.

This workshop series draws upon Mahayana and other Buddhist traditions, with each course integrating theory and practice to benefit you and the communities you serve. The courses incorporate lecture, discussion, multi-media, meditation practices and ritual.
