PYJ4223 Writing as a Psychospiritual Tool
Scientific research has recently documented how putting pen to paper can improve physical health and decrease psychological pain. Writing is also a powerful tool to develop our creativity, access our intuition, and connect with the soul. In a leacture, discussion and experiential format, students will experiment with various writing exercises for emotional healing and spiritual growth. This is not a writing skills class and the sharing of our writing is optional.
