Susanne West is a professor of psychology and teaches in the College of Undergraduate Studies and Graduate School for Professional Studies at JFK University. She is the recipient of the 2007 Harry L. Morrison Distinguished Teaching Award at JFKU. Susanne has been working with individuals and groups for over 25 years, and has been lecturing and presenting personal growth, writing and creativity workshops and seminars in colleges and community organizations for over 30 years. She is also on the faculty of The Center for Hypnotherapy where she developed and presents Guided Imagery Certification Programs. Susanne has been working with professional and family caregivers since 2007 and has a book coming out in 2012, entitled Soul Care for Caregivers: How to Help Yourself While Helping Others.
