Carrie Cheadle is an expert in Mental Skills Training. She works with all levels of athletes from recreational to professional and specializes in working with endurance athletes. Carrie works with both individual athletes and teams, and provides educational workshops across the country. She is also the Mental Skills Training Director for Diabetes Training Camp (DTC); a fitness and multi-sport training camp for people with diabetes. Carrie is passionate about lifelong health and fitness and when she isn't teaching or working with athletes you might find her snowboarding in Tahoe or training for a trail run. She teaches Supervised Field Experience, Sport Psychology A, Psychology of Injury and is a fieldwork supervisor.
