This nationally recognized program offers rigorous academics combined with abundant hands-on training to prepared students to become effective practitioners in sport psychology and related areas. Graduates from this innovative program are able to integrate the core elements of performance enhancement, counseling skills, and sport science within their practice.

The faculty of the Sport Psychology program is actively engaged in mentoring students, maintaining an "open-door" policy to provide flexible access for students. As highly qualified academics and experienced practitioners, many of the Sport Psychology program faculty have worked with Olympians, professional or college teams and athletes, as well as with community-based groups and individuals.

JFK University’s Sport Psychology program offers the following:

  • MA in Sport Psychology/Clinical PsyD Linked
  • Graduate Certificate in Exercise and Sport Performance

The Certificate program is offered fully online.  For the MA Sport Psychology program, students have the option of completing the program onsite or online or in a hybrid format - i.e. combining online and onsite courses.
