Diane Curry is an experienced curatorial and collections management professional. She has served as researcher, writer, curator, designer, preparator, and general project manager on permanent, temporary and traveling exhibitions covering a wide range of topics for museums in California and throughout the west. Diane has published history related articles and served as photo editor on several history publications. She is currently the curator and archivist at the Hayward Area Historical Society where she develops exhibitions and facilitates research access to photography and archival collections and maintains an extensive local history archive. For ten years, Diane was curatorial assistant in the History Department at the Oakland Museum of California. She holds both a B.A. and M.A. in History from California State University, East Bay.
