Organizational leaders and staffs deal with it daily, often without understanding its nature, how it operates, and how its power can be harnessed to unleash innovation to create the organization’s future. This course critically examines the nature of change and how it can be strategically fostered and managed in complex organizations. It also explores the types of organizational cultures that support successful change-management processes and how change-agent leaders can effectively address resistance and resolve conflict.
