Robbyn Alexander is an interdisciplinary, transformative artist, educator and social entrepreneur whose work draws on deep, psychological investigations, interpersonal relationships and creative process as a spiritual practice. She works across mediums; using film, paint, sound, installation, mixed-media and ritual to explore themes of intimacy, identity and transformation. Her individual artworks have shown in film festivals, galleries, and at various art and music events.
She has initiated and facilitated international service learning and community-based art projects in collaboration with San Francisco State University, The Comunicarte Project and VoiceFlame Writer's International in Colima, El Salvador; Punta Banco, Costa Rica and Malawi, Africa.
She also offers transformative art workshops, educational and creative consultation and mentoring through her private practice, Blue Fire Muse.
