Karen Sjoholm has exhibited nationally and internationally and has worked as an administrator and educator at various Bay Area art institutions for over fifteen years. Her art work, which includes artist's books, installation, ceramics and mixed media is focused on issues of memory, spirituality, and the environment. She has served as a faculty consultant at the Judah Magnes Museum in Berkeley, CA and has organized exhibitions at the Flora Lamson Hewlett Library-Graduate Theological Institute in Berkeley, California and the Richmond Art Center Community Gallery in Richmond, California.
