Transcript Request Instructions
For the protection of your privacy, we require a signed written request from you. Complete a Transcript Request Form (see under "Related Downloads" on the right of this page). Be sure to provide the following:
- Your name
- Your social security number
- Your current address
- Telephone number
- Program and dates of attendance
- Complete address of where you want the transcript to be sent
- Your signature in ink
- Any special instructions (e.g. hold until new grades are posted)
Regular processing costs $10 each. Although it can take up to two weeks, transcripts are usually mailed in 7-10 working days.
Rush transcripts cost $15 each. Rush transcripts are ready at the end of the next working day. No rush transcripts are sent during the registration period. We do not provide overnight or express shipment. If you require express delivery, you must provide the pre-paid express delivery envelop with your request.
Check, Visa, Mastercard. Please include complete credit card information on requests including: name as it appears on the card, credit card number and expiration date.

Fax or email requests are NOT accepted.
"Holds" on your record may delay transcript processing; contact the Registration Office at (925) 969-3353 for information regarding Holds.
RUSH transcripts are not applicable for transcripts that are to be mailed outside the continental U.S. They will be processed as Regular transcripts with regular outgoing mail.
