Program Development Specialist, Office of Educational Services at John F. Kennedy University, Pleasant Hill campus. This is a 40 hours per week position reporting directly to the Executive Director. This non-exempt position offers a flexible benefit plan that includes vacation and sick leave accruals, medical, dental, vision and 403(b) retirement eligibility.
The Program Development Specialist is responsible for the effective implementation and management of the department’s operational/logistical areas, including: managing internal planning and implementation among the various units and their staff; develop and maintaining accreditation with approval entities; monitoring financial and accounting reports, facilitating and monitoring enrollment tracking; faculty contracts and payroll; co-managing and coordinating the CE catalog production process; facilitating and supporting departments co-sponsorship agreements; coordinating course offerings at branch campuses; and assisting with CE registration process, as needed.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Tracks financial and enrollment data/trends and produces reports at timely intervals
- Faculty payroll, deposits, fund transfers, payment of invoices, and faculty contracts
- Serves as a primary contact for CE co-sponsorship agreements and facilitates each co-sponsorship process.
- Responsible for student registrations and student records to include awarding program certificates
- Oversee/implement APA relations and regulations
- Supervision of proctors
- Responsible for Continuing Educations catalog production
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
- Three to five years of experience in higher education
