Mail & Duplication Coordinator, Central Services Department, John F. Kennedy University, Pleasant Hill campus, 20 hours per week. The work schedule will be Monday – Friday 12:00pm – 4:00pm. This non-exempt grade 2 position has no benefits.
This position requires a high school diploma (bachelor’s degree preferred); experience interacting with internal and external clients, some technology background is a plus, ability to work copier machines and enter courier service information on the internet. Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required to deliver mail to the local post office.
The Central Services Mail & Duplication Coordinator is responsible for: handling the shipping and receiving tasks of the university; completing all in-house duplications using the copiers in central services; as well as assisting in providing office coverage and completing special projects as assigned.
The successful candidate will be a team member, flexible, diplomatic and able to organize and make good use of time, work well under pressure and with a diverse constituency.
