The Office of Advancement seeks an Administrative Assistant at our Pleasant Hill campus.  This a 20-hours per week, non-benefited position.

The requirements for this position include a Bachelor’s degree and 2 to 5 years experience with complex office procedures; experience in gift processing, donor relations and database management. Specific knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office and Raiser’s Edge/Blackbaud required; special event experience highly desired.

The Administrative Assistant processes all gifts, produces acknowledgement letters and maintains records of all donations including the maintenance of restricted gift files. Responsible for highly confidential donor data analysis and report preparation. Prepares custom database lists database lists for mailings, events and other activities. Assists with special events by tracking sponsors and guests, in addition to working at events to register guests and oversee fundraising procedures. Supports the cultivation efforts of major donors (i.e. preparing correspondence, monitoring constituent status records). Provides administrative support for Vice President of Advancement and other advancement staff.
